Why I don’t have a set pricing structure (and why that’s good for you)
One of the most common questions I get is:
“How much do you charge?”
And while I absolutely understand why people ask (budgeting is important, especially in the early days of setting up a business), the answer isn’t ‘one size fits all’ because neither is my work.
I don’t list set prices on my website, and here’s why:
Every project is different. Every brand is different. Every client is different.
So instead of cookie-cutter packages, I create custom quotes based on what you actually need.
No two businesses are the same - your quote shouldn’t be either
Some clients come to me for a full brand identity from scratch. Others need packaging design for a new product launch, or illustrations for a limited edition campaign. The scope, timeline, and deliverables can vary alot.
Giving you a generic price up front wouldn’t reflect the reality of your project. I’d rather have a conversation, understand your goals, and create a quote that’s tailored, transparent, and makes sense for where you’re at.
Design is an investment, so let’s make sure it’s the right one
When you work with me, you’re not just paying for a logo or a layout. You’re investing in:
Creative direction
Visual storytelling
Years of experience
A collaborative process that’s thoughtful and intentional
I price based on value - not just hours. Because what we create together isn’t just design, it’s the foundation for how your brand shows up in the world.
Let’s talk about your needs (not just your budget)
Instead of guessing what your project might cost from a pricing list, I’d much rather:
Learn about your brand, your goals, and your vision
Talk through your timeline and priorities
Recommend a scope that fits both your needs and your budget
Send you a custom quote that’s clear, fair, and specific to you
That way, you know exactly what you’re getting and you’re confident that you’re investing in the right creative partner.
Curious what your project might look like?
I’d love to chat. No pressure, no commitment - just a conversation to explore what’s possible. Get in touch to find out more.
